Cost: $200 - covers lodging and ministry donation (Due 2/9/20)
Additional fee for ground transportation (TBD). Meals are your responsibility.
Travel: Fly or Carpool
Preferred Arrival time; 3pm 2/21/20 Preferred Departure evening of 25th or later.
Early departure possible if needed.
Driving- connect with team to determine carpooling plans
Flying- Flights to New Orleans start at about $650. Flights to Pensacola start at $410; you will need to rent a car to drive the additional 200 miles or share carpool costs. There will also be a Thursday night stay at a motel in Pensacola. Flights need to be purchased ASAP.
Meals: You will be responsible for your own meals.
Costs are high in the French Quarter ($20+) so please budget per your personal preference. We will take a trip to a local grocery store and be able to store some food.
If interested please attend planning meeting: 1/18/20 or 1/19/20 after services that weekend.
